    In order to receive the $595 One-Time Property Setup Fee and $595 Service Coordinator Annual Fee rate, all properties are required to have at least one service coordinator that is a current member of the American Association of Service Coordinators. Please contact the American Association of Service Coordinators directly for information about annual membership.
